intelliDivide Cutting Advanced / Premium

In the optimization parameters, the consideration of stacking groups can be activated. The number of stacking locations, the criterion for grouping and the order can be determined.

Either existing fields or the new "Stack Group" field can be used for grouping.

The order of the stacking groups is shown in a flow chart for each solution.

The coloring of the parts in the cutting plans corresponds to that in the flow chart.
In intelliDivide Cutting, it is now possible to combine parts into groups in order to be able to efficiently stack them for downstream processes. When calculating the cutting plans and their sequence, both the desired processing sequence and the availability of destacking stations are taken into account.
Especially in combination with the batch formation in the productionManager, this allows orders to be bundled intelligently. This not only reduces waste, but also simplifies the entire process. Thanks to the targeted stacking, the orders can be processed after the sawing process either in the classic way – job by job – or optimized for the subsequent process.
The feature is available in intelliDivide Cutting Advanced and Premium .
