With the help of the HOMAG File Agent , bills of materials can be imported very easily.
To do this, you first need to configure an import template in the productionManager or in intelliDivide . The automation can then be configured very easily.
Configuring the import of BOMs into the productionManager.
First, the directory to be monitored is selected (1). The productionManager (2) is configured as the target with the Import with Template (3) action. The import template (4) created in productionManageger is selected last.
Configure the import of BOMs into intelliDivide Cutting.
When importing into intelliDivide Cutting (2), the machine (5) and the parameters (6) can also be adjusted.
Starting Directory Monitoring
Monitoring the directory starts after clicking Start .
Placing a file in the monitored directory.
As soon as a file has been placed in the configured directory, it is automatically processed and a job is created. The format of the file must correspond to the definition in the import template. Processing errors are displayed in the Logs tab.
Automatically created optimization in intelliDivide
The file name is used as the job name during import.
Stop directory auditing.
In order to be able to make adjustments to the configuration, the HOMAG File Agent must first be stopped again.
