Offcut parameters for generating offcuts

In the Remnant Parameters section of the saw's material parameters, you can select how to handle the remnants from the plan entry or the optional CADplan. 

Our recommendation for the Managed Leftovers option related to bin management is the Automatic option.

The Automatic option automatically generates the remainders based on the configuration in the remainder parameters (length, width, area) without the need for manual intervention. In addition, the name of the rest is chosen so that it begins with a capital X. This X serves as an identifier for a remainder. 

If the option is set to Disabled , our software may cause unfavorable seat allocations. Therefore, you should not use the Disabled setting in connection with bin management.

System Parameters for Compartment Assignment in Production

In the CADmatic system parameters, you can specify whether and how the storage dialog should take place during the cutting process ("Registering Leftover Storage Orders in the Manual Warehouse").

The Manual selection allows you to specify that the selection dialog should be displayed during the action during the production of a remainder.
