intelliDivide is used by many customers not only in the workshop, but increasingly for fully automated pre-optimizations – for example, in the background of online shops (custom cutting) or for calculating differently assembled lots for production optimization.
In order to manage this high volume of data fairly and efficiently, we are introducing a new queue logic and an extension license.
The new standard: Everything in order. In the standard scope of intelliDivide, an optimization is performed at the same time . If you (or your connected system) start further optimizations while the current calculation is still running, they will not be lost. You will automatically be placed in the new "Queue" state . As soon as the ongoing optimization is completed, the next job from the queue starts fully automatically.
The upgrade for high-volume customers: For highly automated companies that have connected their processes via interfaces (APIs) and have to calculate many orders in the shortest possible time, serial processing is often not sufficient.
For this use case, we have created the new additional license "Additional Parallel Optimization".
Your advantage: With each additional license purchased, you unlock the option of carrying out another optimization at the same time as the first one.
This allows you to adapt intelliDivide exactly to the speed and scale of your business model without queued jobs.
