Creating an eXtranet account and setting up HOMAG eParts

The function+ features are activated on the machine via HOMAG license management. Both a HOMAG eXtranet account and access to HOMAG eParts are required to retrieve the licence with the machine. 

Creating an HOMAG eXtranet account

If you do not yet have a HOMAG eXtranet account, you can easily create one here. To do this, select the register "Registrieren" button and enter your customer data in the form. You will then receive an e-mail with your login data.

Note: You will find your customer number on your HOMAG invoice, for example. Alternatively, you can also request your customer number at hotline@homag.com.

 

Setting up HOMAG eParts

Once you have logged into the HOMAG eXtranet, you can start the eParts application. To activate your eParts access, all you have to do is enter your HOMAG customer number and you can then continue. You will then receive an e-mail confirming successful activation.

Note: Please note that the correct HOMAG customer number must be entered when activating eParts. Larger companies sometimes have a separate customer number for each company location.
