Analysis of material data
The data from the materialManager and materialAssist can be accessed from Excel via the HOMAG Connect interface. This makes it easy to analyse the data.
We have created various templates that can serve as the basis for an analysis.

Disposal candidates - Boards and offcuts

Over time, boards and offcuts start to pile up in the storage area that are no longer needed. From time to time, space needs to be made available again. The report helps to identify the candidates for disposal.
The report can be printed and the QR code can be scanned with the materialAssist boards to quickly locate the board or offcut in the storage area.
Inventory overview. All boards and offcuts are sorted by age and type. The QR code can be used directly in materialAssist to locate the units.

Development of inventory

This report provides a comprehensive overview of the temporal development of the inventory, from which potential actions may be derived if necessary.
A continuous increase in offcuts may indicate that adjusting the material-dependent parameters is advisable. If certain materials result in high capital commitment, it may be wise to reconsider the purchasing strategy for these materials.
The report provides an overview of the development of inventory over time, distinguishing between the number of boards, total area in m² and value in €.

This report provides an overview of the inventory of offcuts, categorizing them by quantity, size, and value. It helps identify offcuts where the handling effort exceeds their value. If there are many small offcuts with low value, it is advisable to adjust the material-dependent parameters.
