Activation of your apps & installation instructions
To successfully set up your new product set, please follow the steps below.
1. Activate app package
Visit the tapio store at store.tapio.one and log in with your credentials. In the online store, go to the "Plans" tab in the "HOMAG App Packages" category. There you will find suitable options for all product sets. Select the package that corresponds to your product set and add it to your shopping cart. Please remember to set the desired duration to 1 year.
Next, open your shopping cart and proceed to checkout to place your order. Enter your voucher code from the front of your brochure in the "Enter promo code" field (this will activate the package for 12 months free of charge). Click on "Buy" to complete the purchase and receive an order confirmation via email.
Your apps are now active and can be managed in your My tapio account under the "Apps" tab.
2. Installing the apps
The next step is to install the aquired apps. In order to set up your set, you will need both web apps, which are used in a browser and tablet apps.
Please set up the following applications depending on your product set:
Cutting/Nesting Production Set
Web apps
Open intelliDivide.homag.cloud in your Internet browser.
Open materialManager.homag.cloud in a seperate window in your Internet browser
Apps for the tablet
Visit the Google Play Store or Apple App Store and install the apps productionAssist and materialAssist on your tablet.
Edgeband Management Set
Web apps
Open materialManager.homag.cloud in your Internet Browser
Apps for the tablet
Visit the Google Play Store or Apple App Store and install the app materialAssist on your tablet.
Sorting Production Set
Web Apps
Open productionManager.homag.cloud in your Internet browser.
Apps for the tablet
Visit the Google Play Store or Apple App Store and install the app productionAssist on your tablet.
Log in with your tapio credentials when starting all apps int the browser and on the tablet.
Note: We generally recommend the following browsers for the web apps:
- Microsoft Edge
- Google Chrome
- Firefox
3. Create further users
To enable your colleagues to use the apps as well, you can easily manage their user accounts in My tapio. In the "User" tab, create accounts for any number of colleagues using their email address. The "User Group" lets you specify whether an employee should be listed as an administrator or user in your system.
To grant your users access to specific applications, click on the row of the respective app under the "Apps" tab. Using the pencil icon next to the users, you can authorize the previously created users to use the app.
4. Add HOMAG CUBE
To set up the HOMAG CUBE, start the productionAssist app on your tablet. If you're using the Edgeband Management Set, open materialAssist. During the initial use of the app, you'll be asked to configure it.
In the configuration step for the HOMAG CUBE, use your tablet to scan the QR code located either on the back of your HOMAG CUBE or on the document included in the packaging. After scanning the QR code, the HOMAG CUBE will be added to your tapio user account. Please note that this process may take a few minutes.
Once the HOMAG CUBE has been added, connect it to the power supply and the outlet. If you have already completed this step, please repeat it. The HOMAG CUBE should now light up blue. If it doesn't, please check for potential issues.
