CNC feedback and data handling

You can receive part feedback from CNC machines in productionManager, regardless of which CAD/CAM system you use. The required part ID is entered directly into the MPR file in the comment macro for the CNC machine unless this information has already been entered by your CAD/CAM system.

Therefore you can track the processing status of individual parts and ensure that all process steps have been completed correctly

This feature is available starting from the productionManager Advanced version.

Automatic transfer of CNC programmes

As soon as an order is released, CNC programmes can be transmitted automatically to selected CNC machines.

The configuration of which machine the programs should be transmitted to is done in the HOMAG File Agent through the option to transmit MPRs to CNC machines.
