Troubleshooting

You can calibrate the printer in the basic configuration of the app (e.g. productionAssist or materialAssist) and print test labels. If this is not possible, make sure that the power cable is connected and the printer's main switch is turned on. Please also check if the printer is connected to the CUBE by a USB cable.

Please use the supplied USB cable. If the supplied USB cable is too short, please use a USB cable with signal amplifier in the required total length instead. A simple USB extension cable should not be used, as the signal strength may be too weak here and the printer will not process the print jobs or only partially.

Note: It often helps if you disconnect the HOMAG CUBE and the printer from the power supply and switch on the printer first and then the HOMAG CUBE.
