Start serviceRemote
You can activate the TeleService connection serviceRemote via the button on the housing or via the local diagnostics page.
Via button:
1. Briefly press the button once. The icon changes from blue to this status.
2. Briefly press the button a second time
The icon changes to this state.
Attention: When you press the button for the second time, there may be a delayed feedback of the LEDs (approx. 15 sec).
3. Press the button until the icon starts a white running light, then release the button.
4. If successful, the icon lights up green temporarily.
5. Wait for 30 seconds, then the icon changes to the following state.
6. Please check the internet connection or contact the service department
Via diagnostics page:
- Opening the local diagnostics page via an Internet browser.
The address is according to the following scheme:
http:// <Hostname> - starting from firmware 0.129.7
http:// <Hostname>:45001 older than firmware 0.129.7
Please replace the placeholder <hostname> with the hostname shown on the CUBE label.
Attention: Your computer must be connected in the same network as the HOMAG CUBE. - Login with the password on the type plate.
- Switch to the "TeleService" page.
- Press the button "Start ISN TeleService" and confirm the dialog
