HOMAG provides customers with the HOMAG File Agent free of charge in order to make functions of the cloud-based services intelliDivide, materialManager and productionMananger available to them. For intelliDivide, materialManager and productionManager, the product-specific terms and conditions [link] apply, which customers have already accepted before using the services.

The installation of the HOMAG File Agent is carried out independently by you. The installation and use of the HOMAG File Agent is at the customer's own risk. Any warranty for the HOMAG File Agent incl. updates is excluded.

HOMAG points out that the regular auto-updates of the HOMAG File Agent may also have an impact on functionalities in other applications and the customer's system environment.
