Export options and settings

There are three export options in productionManager Advanced: data exchange with intelliDivide, CSV export for cutting optimization, and exporting a bill of materials. These options can be configured independently and activated or deactivated individually. They are available wherever exports are possible, such as in the bill of materials of an order. The export options are included starting from the productionManager Advanced version.

To access the export settings, open the HOMAG menu (1) where you will find the settings (2). The corresponding settings can be found under the export tab (3).

For the "Data exchange with intelliDivide" (1), all properties of the customer order and the bill of materials can be assigned to a specific property of the parts list in intelliDivide. This option is only visible to you if you have a licence for intelliDivide. For the two options "CSV export for the cutting optimization" (2) and "CSV export for the bill of materials" (3), each property of the customer order and bill of materials can be assigned to a specific column position.

The pencil icon takes you to the configuration of the file for each export option.

In these settings, you can assign a specific column position (between 1-99) to both the properties of the order and the properties of the bill of materials which are to be used in the export file.

Below the column settings, you will find a preview of the file which depicts your current settings. You can download the file (1) and select a specific order (2) for which the preview file is to be displayed.

Don't forget to save your changes by clicking "Confirm".

You can undo your settings at any time via "Delete assignment" or "Reset to default".
