Consideration of availability during removal

When you use materialAssist in combination with intelliDivide and productionAssist Cutting, the boards required for the cutting patterns will be displayed as allocated in  materialAssist.

If there are no allocations for the material type and the number of boards to be removed does not exceed the number of available boards, the following message will be displayed:

Dialog for material to be removed with sufficient availability

If the number  of boards to be removed exceeds the number of available boards, an orange warning will be shown. Click on allocation to view the affected allocations. It is however still possible to remove the boards.

When an offcut which has already been allocated for a cutting pattern in productionAssist Cutting is to be removed, a removal is not possible, since the offcut is needed for processing a cutting pattern.
