Why do I have to register with tapio?
In order for the serviceAssist app to identify machine faults, the machine must send data. Error messages are sent to tapio via the CloudConnector and analyzed by serviceAssist.
Why don't I receive appropriate solution suggestions for all error messages?
serviceAssist Advanced mainly provides support for serious faults. Sometimes a message is only issued when the fault frequency increases, certain combinations of fault messages occur or premature wear can be assumed.
Why is serviceAssist Advanced not available for all machines?
All solution proposals are created by service employees and have individual contents for each machine type. Missing machine types will be added, you can get a current overview in the requirements area.
