Creating an order
You can easily create a new order simply by clicking the Add new job button.
First, the details of the order header data are entered (1). Additionally, pictures, drawings, hardware lists or further documents can be added to the order (2).
In the Bill of materials tab, the articles (order items), components and parts can be entered manually.
Alternatively, the bill of materials can be imported.
Tip: If the material data is maintained in the materialManager, the material types can be accessed when entering a material.
The display of the material image additionally supports visual control.
Importing an order
Alternatively, you can create a new order using the Import new job button. For this purpose, the import file must comply with the interface specifications (Link).
Tip: Use the corresponding license for automatic transfer and import of data .
Currently we offer a coordinated, tested interface together with the following software providers in the tapio Shop.

During the processing of the import, the file is validated. If the selected file does not match the expected format, a corresponding error message is displayed. (Link specification if available)
If the import is completed successfully, both the order header data and the parts list can be enhanced if necessary.
