Worklist

Several options are available for a ready message for a part, assembly, or item in the worklist for a confirmation workstation. If a scanner is connected, simply scan the QR or barcode on the component label. If no scanner is connected, clicking Report as ready (1) opens the tablet's camera and you can scan the QR or barcode on the part label. Alternatively, you can report as ready parts by clicking on the Report as ready icon (2). Or you can select multiple parts and then click on the Report as ready button (3) in the upper right corner.

Tip: Use a scanner to work efficiently! We have listed supported and tested scanners in the Recommended Hardware section.

Reporting parts as finished

After you have selected one or more parts manually by clicking on them or by using the scanner, the dialog Report part(s) as finished opens.

Click on Confirm (2) to complete the ready report. Optionally, you can select the desired quantity (1). If you are using a scanner, then you can simply scan the QR or barcode on the part label of the current or next part or use the tablet's camera (3). After 60 seconds, the part is automatically confirmed and the dialog closes.

Tip: By scanning the QR or barcode on the part label of the next part to be reported as finished, you confirm the current part (4). You can easily report part by part as finished by scanning the QR or barcodes one after the other.

If a part has a quantity > 1, you can select the desired quantity in the dialog Report part(s) as finished (1). By default, the quantity = 1 is set.

Tip: Even if you do not use a label for the assemblies or articles, the application will find the parent article when scanning a part label. See Predefined filters (link) for a description of how to configure the workstation to display only assemblies or articles.
