Export material data
Material data can easily be exported from the materialManager. This enables the data to be transferred to other software systems, such as a cut optimization or an ordering system.
The "Export" button is available in the overview of the app.
Start export of boards
Start the export by clicking on Export
Board data is exported in CSV or BDX format while edgeband data is exported in CSV format.

The formatting of numbers and date values is based on the language set in the global settings.
If you manage your edgebands with the Edgeband Management Set, the export file will also include the number of available edgeband rolls along with the total length for each edgeband type. Similarly, if you manage your boards and offcuts with the Cutting Production Set, the export file will include the number of allocated and available boards.
Insufficient inventory
If a storage minimum is set, you can export all materials with stock levels below the minimum by clicking on "Insufficient inventory (xlsx)". The file can be opened with spreadsheet programs like Microsoft Excel.
