Analyze data with Power BI
PowerBI is an analysis tool from Microsoft that far surpasses the capabilities of Excel, particularly due to its outstanding ability to visualize data using appealing graphics. Power BI can also be downloaded free of charge from Microsoft.
Power BI can access the data of the applications via the HOMAG Connect interface in a similar way to Excel.
Various templates are linked for download on the right-hand side of this page. These can be used as a basis for evaluating the data provided by various applications in Power BI.
The use of these templates is described below.
Download the template which you want to use.
A login dialog appears. Switch to the third option "Basic" and enter the SubscriptionId as the user name and the authorization key as the password.

Gegebenenfalls muss die Sicherheitsstufe der Daten auf "Privat" gestellt werden.
The Power BI file created based on the template can be saved locally.
When the application is reopened, the data must be updated. This is done by clicking on the "Refresh" button.
It is not necessary to enter the login data again. The connection data is saved in Power BI.
