New tension trim types: Slot centered between strips (1), Bridge centered between strips (2)
Selection of the “Simple tension trim” type in the machine parameters
Selection of the type “Slot centered between strips” in the machine parameters. The distance of the slot from the edge can be specified as an additional parameter.
Select the type “Bridge centered between strips” in the machine parameters. The length of the center bridge can be defined as an additional parameter.
In intelliDivide, the options “Slot centered between strips” and “Bridge centered between strips” are now available in addition to “Simple tension trim”. The availability of these options depends on the compatibility with the respective machine. These options are only displayed in the machine parameters if they are supported by the machine.
The new types make the panel handling easier, as the saw first makes all the tension trims and then starts cutting the strips. The panel can still be moved as whole while the handling of the individual strips, which occur during continuous tension trims, is no longer necessary.
