Order overview with faulty orders

Order details with incorrect bill of material (1) and the request to edit (2) the bill of material.

Tooltips and visualizations support error finding and help with correction.

For orders with the status Released, it is recommended to reset the release and correct the errors. Orders with the status In production, Completed or Archived do not necessarily have to be corrected subsequently.

To prevent orders with errors, such as missing dimensions of parts, missing descriptions, missing materials, barcodes already used or duplicated, from entering production, a warning or error is displayed in the order overview. In the parts list, the errors are clearly displayed and can be corrected.

An order with errors cannot be released for production. In this way, productionManager ensures that the data quality in production is correct.

Note: For existing orders that are already released or in production, the error and warning symbols are also displayed.
