What does “balanced” actually mean?
We’ve completely revamped the naming of cutting plan alternatives. Thanks to clear names, a fixed sorting order, and new info tooltips, you can now see at a glance why intelliDivide recommends this specific cutting plan.
The best solution always at the top
We have introduced a fixed order. You no longer have to search:
If machine and material costs are available, the solution with the lowest total costs is automatically displayed first.
If you use a flexTec machine with variable and manual operation, the highest proportion of automatic operation is prioritized instead—provided this differs between the individual solutions.
Additionally, you can now distinguish between small and large offcuts in the key figures. If two plans are similarly good, you can immediately see what kind of offcuts are generated in your production and which ones are used.
This adjustment applies only to newly created optimizations. Existing optimizations remain unchanged and will continue to be displayed as before.
