Select technology macros of the EDGETEQ machine in the materialManager!
Macro selection in materialManager
The time has come: An important and useful update for your EDGETEQ machine is now available!
If your machine is equipped with woodCommander 5 (starting with version 5.105) and has technology macros, you can now see and select them in the materialManager.
From now on, the technology macros created on the machine, including added comments, will be made available in materialManager. This allows you to select the corresponding technology macro directly in the materialManager for the respective edgeband. If you do not specify a technology macro, the materialManager displays the option ‘Not assigned’.
The field is named according to the name of your machine in Tapio, i.e. ‘tapio machine name & technology macro’. You can change the name of the machine to my.tapio.one.
You can display the field anywhere in the materialManager as usual via the table settings.
If you are already using the latest version of woodCommander, the previous ‘Technology macro’ field will be replaced by the new ‘tapio machine name & technology macro’ field.
For machines with an older version than woodCommander 5.105, the familiar ‘Technology macro’ field will continue to be displayed.
