Options available after lot creation

Overview about the lots in lot management

The Lot generation option supports you in organizing and creating your production lots. You receive an overview of your orders to be planned and can combine them clearly and based on key figures into lots and transfer them to a cutting optimization software (e.g. intelliDivide).

Cross-order production lot creation allows you to reduce material consumption by grouping orders based on key figures (e.g. same materials).

At the same time, you can directly see the effects of the created lot on your production using relevant key figures for the most important areas ( dividing, edge banding, CNC, laminating, assembly and shipping).

The result is reduced material consumption and increased productivity at the same time.

If you have an existing productionManager subscription, you can simply add this option. If you do not yet have a productionManager subscription, the option is available in the tapio Shop as an additional chargeable add-on.

The price is 75 €/month (monthly subscription) or 750 €/year (annual subscription).
